"Lucy Rodas continues to pester my sister to switch to State Farm Insurance. My sister died more than 6 years ago. I have made repeated attempts to ask to have her name removed from State Farm's mailing list, to no avail. (My sister was never a customer of State Farm, nor was I.) Basic decency ought to compel an individual or company to cease from a practice that reminds a person of his/her loss, but this falls on Lucy's and/or State Farm's deaf ears."
